Having more than 10 practicing lawyers, or more than 3 lawyers with data compliance legal service experience.
Possessing risk control and data protection capabilities matching the needs of data product compliance evaluation services.
No data-related industry penalties or administrative sanctions in the past 3 years.
No compensation rulings by the courts or arbitration bodies due to legal service quality issues in the past 2 years.
The head and management team have no circumstances that could significantly adversely affect data compliance or transactions.
The signing lawyer for compliance evaluations should have basic knowledge of data compliance and relevant work experience, while meeting the following conditions:
(1) At least 1 lawyer must have experience in data compliance legal services.
(2) At least 1 lawyer must have been practicing for over 5 years.
1. Proof of Data Service Capability:
At least 1 service agreement, which must belong to one of the following two types:
·Type 1: Data asset evaluation project service agreement.
·Type 2: Service agreement for intangible asset evaluation projects provided to data element enterprises.

1.Scanned electronic version of the registration announcement from the Ministry of Finance (stamped).
2.Scanned electronic version of the practicing certificates of two asset appraisers (including annual inspection page, stamped). Qualification requirements:
(1) The practicing certificate's annual inspection date must not have expired (valid for 1 year).
(2) One asset appraiser must have at least 5 years of practice, and the other at least 2 years.
[Accounting Firms]
Scanned electronic versions of the practicing certificates of at least two certified public accountants (stamped). Qualification requirements:
(1) The practicing certificate's annual inspection date must not have expired (valid for 1 year).
(2) One certified public accountant must have at least 5 years of practice, and the other at least 2 years.
License for securities and futures-related business (if any).
Other relevant honorary qualifications (if any).

At least 1 case service agreement.
If no case service agreement is available, other supporting materials proving data intermediary or brokerage capability can be provided (e.g., data agency authorization). Alternatively, materials proving certain supply and demand customer resources can be provided (all related to data elements).
